My 3 other ios devices showed ip addresses that were within my lansuch as 67.182.22.199. After logging in and out of gmail, deleting gmail, rebooting etcI was finally able to fix this problem by completely wiping the Ipad and starting over. Now the issue is fixed, the correct name is shown in devices and the weird ip address is gone.

If you just want to solve this change your Router's IP Address to 192.168.200.1 which will change you DHCP Range to 192.168.200.x This is a quick and permanent fix. Please remember to Kudo those that help you.
